Pada 22–23 April 2025, Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR) menyelenggarakan Regional Dialogue: Promoting Decentralized Energy Access in Southeast Asia, sebagai bagian dari upaya mendorong sistem energi terdesentralisasi berbasis sumber daya lokal (seperti tenaga surya, mini-hidro, dan bioenergi) sebagai strategi penting untuk memperkuat keamanan energi di kawasan ASEAN. Acara ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan rekomendasi yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation (APAEC) 2026–2030, sehingga mempercepat transisi energi yang lebih inklusif, terjangkau, dan berkelanjutan

For this impactful two-day regional dialogue, we provided comprehensive support as the virtual event organizer, along with full onsite event management for the dinner reception. Our services included participant liaison, event logistics, and D-Day support with registration teams, ushers, digital operators, and runners. We delivered complete documentation through professional photo and videography, produced a 5x3m backdrop, stage setup, lighting, sound system, and two 55-inch LCD screens. Additional elements included the production of lanyards and ID cards, e-certificates, a curated photo exhibition, souvenirs (umbrellas and notebooks), and English-speaking MC and notetaking services. To amplify the event’s reach, we executed a full branding and social media campaign, producing 12 promotional content packages, flyers, carousels, vox pop videos, and more.
