ERIA School of Government Leadership Lecture kembali hadir pada 6 Mei 2025, dengan pembicara utama H.E. Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Presiden Senat Kerajaan Kamboja. Acara ini merupakan bagian dari rangkaian kegiatan ERIA School of Government, institusi pendidikan kebijakan publik regional yang berkolaborasi erat dengan Sekretariat ASEAN dan bertujuan memperkuat kualitas kepemimpinan pemerintahan di ASEAN.

For the ERIA School of Government Leadership Lecture, we provided comprehensive on-site event management and technical support tailored to a hybrid meeting format. Our services included an ISO-standard simultaneous interpretation setup with a soundproof booth, 100 SIS equipment receivers, and transmitters. We arranged a simple yet effective audio-visual system, including V-Mix onsite support, a 3000-watt sound system, and a lighting package comprising 8 par lights and 6 fresnel lights. The stage area featured a melamine stage, a custom backdrop, and black curtain panels with stands (2.5m x 1m). We also supplied essential event furnishings such as armchairs, a coffee table, podium, roll-up banners, welcome signage, custom pens, and rope stands. The event was professionally documented through full photo and video coverage.
