It was such an honor for  Global Virtual Events to be able to work with the MENTARI Programme, and we were entrusted with the Event Management on site. GVE helped with organizing the event flow for participants who joined the onsite meetings. All the Participants were from the Government of Indonesia and the British Embassy. We helped organize the event flow starting from when a participant arrived and was accompanied to a designated room for Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT), ensuring they received a negative result and they could safely proceed to the registration table and attend the meeting. During the Event, GVE also provided a professional team of liaison officers to help the event flow. Our Hybrid team was available at each meeting room to make sure the audio and video worked well for those attending online. While we were making preparations for the event, Global Virtual Events coordinated with MENTARI and the Hotel, to ensure everyone’s needs had been attended to.  During the event, Global Virtual Events provided Interpretations from English to Indonesian and vice versa remotely on a Zoom platform. At the end of the event we prepared a post event report summarizing the event and outlining necessary information and data from the event.
