The event was streamed live through Zoom and YouTube, and successfully reached more than 300 participants from Indonesia and various countries. All activities—from preparation to execution— were managed by Global Events’ in-house team, directly from our office that was converted into a virtual broadcast studio.
With the support of in-house crew and equipment, we provided a complete studio set up, including camera, lighting, TV screen, sound system, green screen, and technical crew that ensured the smooth running of the event from start to finish.
